So after the blunder during last weeks mystery show roulette winner, I think that there should be some basic guidelines laid out that are specific to the way we do the mystery shows.
1. Please have your show ready for the meeting. This was the main problem that we had come across. If you suggest a show, do some research and know where we can legally view the show or have a copy of the show on hand. If we have to do some digging for the show (i.e. you don't know a legal site to view it) then we will spin again.
2. Two chances. This rule might be subject to change. If a show is suggested for the mystery show and it doesn't win the poll or get enough votes to make the Old Poll Show, then it can be suggested one more time then it can't be suggested again.
3. Follow the guidelines for the programming. Just go to this address. iusbjpcc.proboards.com/thread/62/guidlines-all-programing
4. Please post the number of episodes you wish to watch if it can be considered a half show We encountered this with Noragami, where we watched just the first 13 and there was a second season of another 13 witch would make it a full show. The show posters intent was to watch all 26, but we only watched 13. We have noticed this is unfair and think the original suggester should have control over the length (though normal length rule still apply)
5. Please watch the whole series before suggesting. We have had a few issues of people suggesting shows without watching them and then it turns out that these shows break our programming rules. If you want to suggest a show, please watch all of it or do some research on it before you suggest it.
I'm going to keep this thread open just so there can be a discussion on these new rules to the mystery show.
