What is your favorite Studio Ghibli film? I could just say Hayao Miyazaki but there are other good ones by Isao Takahata)
My top 5 (I might edit this a billion times XD)
1.Howls moving castle
2.Spirited away
3. Grave of the fireflies (depressing as hell but amazing so Ill add my neighbor totoro to feel happy again XD)
4. Kiki delivery service
5. Princess Mononoke (I also love how the spell check said Pokemon and nonsmoker?0_o)

Howl's Moving Castle is awesome, but I have a fondness for Mononoke Hime just because I've seen it so many times. xD Grave of the Fireflies I hadn't seen until I took a 400-level class in college and I cursed my teacher before, during, and after the fact. (If you weren't depressed before that movie, you were after. And I can never see the tin of candy the same way again.)

But I have to be an elitist bitch and complain that the book for Howl's Moving Castle is waaaaaaay better. Totoro is cute, too. I like Spirited Away, but I don't think I'd list it as a favorite.

I'd have to say I haven't hated any of them, I did like ponyo quite a bit, and all the others, too, Totoro is my favorite though

Too lazy to look up if I'm right or not. Although there are some movies that I'm pretty sure I read about before they came out that were never really mentioned again.

Unfortunately I've only seen Totoro and Kiki when I was a kid, and I caught the last half of Mononoke on Showtime once. I would freaking love to see all the other movies, even Nausicaa and Castle of Cagliostro.
